The TruCure system will reduce your Final Cure cycle-time to just 4 minutes! In addition, the system provides an energy efficient Stand-By Mode Feature (SBMF). The SBMF allows the system to automatically change from normal operating settings to a low energy consumption setting during down-time providing tremendous energy savings. Heat-up time is less than 5 minutes! The system is capable of curing Silver Paste, Peelable Solder Mask, Conductive and Legend Inks in very short cycle-times.

ACS ‘‘Smart Panels'' patent pending, are designed to measure the temperature of the PCB and automatically make the necessary changes, in addition to maintaining the required curing temperature. The TruCure software provides a Process Recall feature in the event certain PCB's require a different operating Set Point.
STAND-BY MODE, system automatically senses when there are no PCBs on the conveyor and powers down IR panels to a low setting. As a PCB re-enters, IR panels will automatically return to normal settings.
NEGATIVE PRESSURE CURING CHAMBER
Heat and fumes will not exit the Curing Chamber. The work area remains a safe and comfortable environment.
OPERATIONS PARAMETER DISPLAY
Siemens Touch Screen Panel:
Adjustments for the conveyor speed and power settings for cure zones are made from the touch screen. In addition, the touch screen displays the actual speed of the conveyor, power settings and the actual temperature of the PCB's being cured.
In addition,
there are 30 pre-set memory settings for process re-call.
CONVEYOR
Constructed of 304 stainless steel.The conveyor is driven by DC motor and
is adjustable to run between 0 to 6 FPM.
INFRARED QUARTZ LAMP
This is the heart of the system. The type of lamps used in this system
are very efficient. Total cycle-time for a PCB to travel through
the TruCure system is just 4 minutes! Warm up time of the system
is less than 5 minutes! The lamps are operated and adjusted via
SCR controllers. A photo-eye can be placed at the entrance of your
developer when wanting to utilize the automatic shut off feature.
This will allow the curing system time to heat up. If the photo-eye
has not seen a PCB pass in a given amount of time, the curing system
will power down.
LAMP HOUSING
Constructed with stainless steel, easy access of housings, both
the top and bottom housing can be easily accessed without the need
to disassembe the machine. The top and bottom housings are
mounted on a track system and can be pulled out for easy access
to the top and bottom lamps. If panels need to be taken out of machine,
all electrical is mounted with quick disconnects and there are only
4 mounting bolts per panel.
IR THERMOMETER
There is a IR thermometer located at the exit of each cure zone.
These thermometers read the actual temperature of the PCB being cured. The IR sensors are protected by an air
purge cooling system.
COOL-DOWN ZONE
The cool-down zone utilizes forced air panels located above and below
the conveyor.
SAFETY INTERLOCKS ON SERVICE DOORS
Ensure the safety of the operator during operation. If any of the
service doors are opened during operation the lamps and conveyor
will be disengaged.
